My niece tagged me on FB yesterday in a fried egg roll recipe with pickles, ham and cheese with honey mustard. Nicely, I don’t like honey mustard and solely had one pickle spear left, so I improvised with my favourite…jalapeños and made my very own mild creamy sriracha sauce (sriracha with mild mayo combined).🔥🙌🔥

I minimize one slice of velveeta cheese into three items with one for every roll, measured out 2 ouncescubed ham and divided that up on three egg roll wrappers and added three pickled jalapeño slices on every with some creamy sriracha on prime and rolled them up and sealed edges with water.(Cut back jalapeño slices to 1 and restrict sauce for those who like scorching however not too scorching.) 🧀
