1 cup cooked rice (blended roughly in a mixer)๐
three boiled mashed potatoes (medium dimension)๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ
1 carrot finely grated (non-obligatory)๐ฅ
1 finely chopped onion๐ฐ
1/four cup finely chopped coriander leavesโ๏ธโ๏ธ
1/2 tspn ginger garlic paste
1 inexperienced chilli finely chopped
1/2 tspn salt
1/2 tspn chaat masala or aamchur
2 tspn Kasuri methi
1/four tspn crimson chilli pwd
1/2 tspn coriander pwd
1/2 tspn roasted cumin pwd
1/four tspn garlic pwd (non-obligatory)

Take all of the substances in a bowl ๐ฅand mash and blend correctly. Use ur arms to bind the combination. Kind cutlets into desired shapes utilizing ur arms or a cookie cutter.
Take oil in a non stick pan and Shallow fry over medium warmth, flip the edges when one aspect turns golden brown. Flip off the flame when each side are correctly crisp and golden brown.
Sprinkle some chaat masala on high and Serve sizzling with ketchup, coriander chutney or mint mayo. .
