Calling all VEGETARIANS! 🍅 This meatless dinner was straightforward peasy and included a mix of meals that I’d by no means suppose to place inside pasta! Spinach & artichoke stuffed shells. A few of these WW recipes are really thoughts blowing!

All you want are the objects within the 2nd pic (and a 10 ounce bag of recent spinach that I forgot your put within the pic).

Set oven to bake 375.

Boil your shells till they’re al dente. 🍜

Rinse, drain and puree cannelloni beans in meals processor with 2 Tbsp water till creamy.

Drain can of artichokes and chop. (I put mine within the meals processor to purée as a result of I don’t like chunks of artichoke. Bleh!🤢)

Coat a pan with cooking spray, add garlic and sauté for just a few min. Then add recent spinach, salt and pepper and stir till spinach is wilted.

Add in artichokes to pan with spinach and garlic after which combine in half of your cheese (1.5oz of the three oz). Stir till cheese is melted. 🧀 🧄

Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Pour marinara sauce into the underside of the dish. Place your cooked shells open on high within the sauce. Then fill every shell along with your spinach/bean/artichoke combination and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Whole recipe is 2️⃣4️⃣ SP on blue. Serves. 4.
