1 cup parboiled child potato ( peeled or unpeeled as per alternative
slurry made with Four tbspn corn flour and 1/Four cup water
2 tbspn oil for sauce And a few extra oil for deep frying the potatoes
1 capsicum reduce into squares

3-Four garlic cloves chopped
