Entire wheat Banana walnut brown butter cake with chocolate sauce 🍩
Am I completely smitten or simply too obsessive about these Three B’s in my elements for baking- Banana, brown butter, brown sugar?
Who is aware of…!! What I do know is that this mix tastes completely wonderful, when mixed with C’s – cinnamon, caramel, chocolate.
So this one is a mixture and match of my entire wheat banana brown butter mixture with walnuts and chocolate ganache this time.
Attempt it out, it’s tremendous straightforward… and seems good each time…❤️ and I made this in a bundt mould for a change, so it truly seems like an enormous donut🤭🍩🍩 and who doesn’t love issues that appear like donuts🥰
1 1/four cup Entire wheat flour
half cup packeted brown sugar
2 ripe bananas
150 gm unsalted butter
1 giant egg
3/four tspn Vanilla essence
3/four tspn cinnamon powder
1 1/four tspn baking powder
1/four toasted chopped walnuts
A Pinch of salt
💟In a pan over medium warmth, soften butter till golden brown. Pressure and hold apart. Sift flour and baking pwd and hold apart.
💟In a big bowl, Mash the banana, add sugar and whisk. Break the egg and whisk.
To this, add vanilla essence, cinnamon pwd, salt and sifted flour and blend gently solely till nicely mixed.
💟Avoid wasting toasted walnuts for garnish and Mud the remainder of the chopped walnuts with some flour after which add to batter and gently combine.
💟Pour in a greased baking mould and bake in a preheated oven for 20-25min at 180 deg.
Drizzle some melted darkish chocolate ganache, garnish with left over walnuts and serve heat, or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream😋
