Instantaneous dahi vada

Components:
For vada:
6 Bread slices- with sides eliminated
Some water

For filling of vada-
1 cup Boiled potato- pealed and mashed
1 small onion finely chopped
1 inexperienced chilli finely chopped
2 tbspn finely chopped coriander leaves
Salt to style
1/eight tspn Purple chilli pwd
1/2 tspn coriander pwd
1/2 tspn aamchur pwd

For topping:
1 cup thick yoghurt
1 pinch black salt
1 pinch Roasted jeera pwd
1 pinch Chaat masala
Some chopped coriander leaves
Tamarind sauce as mush as u like
I used veeba_in tamarind sauce to jazz up these beauties. U may also make ur personal tamarind sauce nevertheless it received’t be immediate Dahi vadas then😉

Methodology:
Combine all of the substances of the filling in a bowl and mix properly to type a uniform combination.

Take water in a separate bowl, dip every slice of bread and take it out shortly, press and launch extra water.
