Kalakand Besan Fusion Mini cheesecakes🌷

That is my 100th Publish and what a greater day than this to have a good time and share with u all, another finger licking candy.
A fusion of ‘Besan Ka Ladoo’ and ‘Kalakand’ all packed into one mini cake, the place the crumbly texture of the ladoo topped with a creamy texture of the delectable Kalakand, kinds the right mixture to make u nostalgic about your childhood Diwali celebrations. 🌼

Components: (10-12 mini truffles)
Backside layer-
1 cup Besan
Three tbsp ghee
1/2 tspn cardamom powder
1/2 cup powdered sugar
High layer-
200 gms grated paneer
1/Four cup condensed milk
2 tbspn milk powder
1/2 tspn cardamom powder
Garnish-
Chopped pistachio
Dried rose petals

Technique:
💟Take ghee in a wok over medium flame, add chickpea flour & roast whereas constantly stirring with. Hold roasting the flour till fragrant and modifications its coloration to gentle golden brown. Add cardamom pwd. Combine, and maintain apart in a dish to chill down.
💟Put together a muffin tray with cupcake liners.
💟As soon as the combo is just barely heat( not scorching) combine the powdered sugar to it and take spoon by spoon and fill 1/third of every liner. Hold the tray with stuffed liners in fridge.
💟Now take a Non stick pan over medium warmth, add condensed milk, grated paneer and milk pwd to it and stir with a spatula, for about 3-Four min till it thickens barely. Add cardamom pwd, and take out in a dish, quiet down barely after which with a spoon high the Besan crust with this combine leaving some house on high of the cupcake liners.
💟Garnish with chopped pistachio and rose petals and refrigerate for two hrs. Serve chilled.
