Mushroom and Spinach Bruschetta 🍄🌱🥖🧈🥚

Substances: (serves 2)
1 boiled egg (skinny sliced)
1 cup chopped spinach leaves
1 cup skinny sliced mushrooms
3-Four garlic cloves
2 teaspoon butter
Some crushed black pepper and salt to season
Four slices of Garlic bread toast (I used market purchased)
Some further butter to use on toast (elective)
💟 Take a non stick pan over medium flame, add butter, and crushed garlic cloves to it. Now add spinach leaves and sauté till they begin decreasing in quantity.
💟 Now add mushrooms to it and sauté and add salt and black pepper for seasoning. It’s going to begin releasing water.
💟 Sauté till the water begins to dry and the amount has lowered to about 1/Four th. Then change off the flame.
💟 Toast the bread slices in a pop up toaster, apply some butter over it and high up every toast with a spoonful of sautéed combination. Add a sliced egg piece to every toast.
💟Season with some salt and pepper if u like and drizzle some melted butter on high (elective)
