Elements : (makes 6 muffins)
four eggs entire
2 eggs white
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup boiled candy corn
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Some cherry or sliced tomatoes to garnish.
Salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, chilli flakes and garlic powder for seasoning. (Used dry herbs from keyafoods )
Olive oil or butter to grease the muffin moulds generously.

Technique:
💟Beat entire eggs and egg white in a bowl and add seasoning. Pour the seasoned egg combine into effectively greased muffin tray. Fill solely upto half of every mould, add some spinach, some corn, and a few cheese to every mould in equal quantity. Add sliced tomato on prime. Season with dry herbs on prime if u like.
💟Preheat oven at 180 deg. Then, bake the muffins at 180 deg for 15-20 min on center rack, till they rise and mid half of every muffin appears cooked.
💟Cool them down, de mould with the assistance of a knife or a spoon and serve with buttered toast or garlic bread and a few ketchup on the aspect.
