Weigh in day! I used to be apprehensive about this week, to be trustworthy. I had McDonald’s 🍟 /Stylish-fil-A & pizza with my weeklies and ate “effectively” all week, having tater tots, Mac & cheese pizza, tacky pretzel sammy, Alfredo with garlic bread and extra!

I really like this plan. It’s helped me bear in mind portion management and combating by way of the cravings to select higher choices.
