🔥 🙌 YA’LL!!! I’ve been researching this for weeks to discover a recipe to switch, to 1-get the factors down for cornbread and 2-still be buttermilk cornbread (I’m from Georgia 🍑 , so no “cake” for me!) eewww!

🥁 Drum roll please…..I made a WW FRIENDLY CORNBREAD!! 2.5 SP for 1, or 2 for five️⃣! l can hardly imagine it labored out AND it was GREAT!

👌I discovered a WW pleasant recipe on Gentle and Wholesome Cornbread Recipes Easy Nourished Residing and simply tweaked the components to avoid wasting factors.

👌I used 1 c flour and 1 c of corn meal to cut back factors and used Saco powdered buttermilk combined with water as an alternative of actual buttermilk. Oh, and I used NO oil, solely the spray oil to spray the forged iron skillet.

👌Pour in some jarred jalapeño juice for a fantastic taste! You can too add corn, cheese and different yummy add ins and simply alter factors!

👌The largest change for me is just not utilizing a ton of oil in my cornbread. It is a first, however you already know what? It wasn’t missed! I’ll have added one packet of Splenda (don’t inform my Mother!) simply because the recipe referred to as for sugar, and because it was new for me utilizing Saco, I figured one packet couldn’t damage and wouldn’t make it candy (icky) anyway.
